In collaboration with the Turtle Mountain Tribal Water Planner, Gene Laducer, I have had the opportunity to work with Houston Engineering on the tribe’s water planning and quantification project sponsored by the Bureau of Reclamation (BOR). It has been a great pleasure to collaborate with Houston Engineering on such an important project. I wholeheartedly recommend Houston to perform similar projects in other tribal communities because of their commitment to quality and focus on project outcomes and deliverables. In addition, their sensitivity to our tribal culture is without equal.
