Houston Engineering is assisting Garrison Diversion Conservancy District in Carrington, North Dakota, in writing an environmental impact statement. “By putting together the alternatives, the best way to meet the Red River valley water needs can be determined,” said Kip Kovar, an engineer with the district. “The engineering work spans the spectrum from sizing pipes to setting up alignments and determining water flow.”
