Roger Hagen is a principal and Vice President of Houston Engineering. He is responsible for project development, design, construction coordination, and land surveys on municipal utility systems, rural water systems, private site plans, sport complexes, airports, and land development. Mr. Hagen’s experience includes preliminary and final design, computer analysis, preparation of plans and specifications, financial investigations, and feasibility studies for federal and state assistance. Mr. Hagen has been a project manager for numerous transportation, grading, and paving projects. In addition, he supervises field engineering and survey staff, and manages construction operations for several projects.
