Jeffrey R. LeDoux, P.E.
President
Jeffrey LeDoux is the President of Houston Engineering, providing consulting
services in nearly all areas of civil engineering with a special focus on water
resource and structural projects. He has worked with a variety of public agencies
at the state, county, and municipal levels. Mr. LeDoux also represents and provides
services to other public and private entities, including developers, landowners,
watershed boards, water management districts, and other specially created entities.
Mr. LeDoux’s experience includes project management, construction plan development,
specifications, evaluation studies, planning studies, layout and design, cost estimates,
and QA/QC for various types of civil projects. These include urban and rural storm water
runoff systems, NPDES permitting, water and wastewater facilities, stream bank
stabilization, earthwork, roadways, bridges, planning, infrastructure rehabilitation and
all aspects of site development. He is well versed in computer modeling applications,
design of new facilities, and the evaluation of existing facilities.
Mr. LeDoux has extensive experience with numerous hydrologic and hydraulic computer models,
such as HEC-2 Water Surface Profile, HEC-1 Flood Hydrograph Package, XPSWMM, HydroCAD, WaterCad,
and TR 20 Hydrology. He has worked on hydraulic analysis and hydrological studies on numerous
watershed planning, drainage, and flood control projects throughout the region.
